If u would like 2 try this workout….please b advised, this workout Is made 4 me, but in order 4 U 2 do it…please modify workout 2 suit u.

235-240lb all natural. I plan on doing something different with my workouts…I know it’s gonna kick my ass….
1.
H.I.T
High intense training…the maximum weight used with the most reps as I can.
in good form I will b using heavy weight with the extra stretch in the process…
sample shoulder–dumbbell press
1.
dumbbell press seated
first set–55lbs 15 reps…
back flat, stomach in arms back, and chest up high, I should not be able 2 see the dumbbell in the corner of my eyes.
second set
70lbs same as above…..but 10 reps
third set
90lbs same as above….8reps
but I only had given myself only 15 seconds rest in beween.
2. The Isolations
isolating the muscles and bringing the separations out…while using the maximum weight also.
sample biceps
preacher machine curls
4 sets of 30lbs 25 reps, elbows set and do not move….keeping the tension in the belly of the muscle.

the 100’s reps per exercise…a total of 400-500 reps per exercise
4 exercises i pick 2 do will be done 4 the 100 reps
leg ext.
60lbs 100 reps
cable rows close grip
60lbs 100 reps
chest
hammer strentgh incline 90lbs 100 reps
barbell curls 100’s
of course this changes weekly when doing the 400-500 reps per exercise
this type of workout I think will keep me full and hard will bringing out the cuts and keeping my pumped.
when I get used 2 it, I'’ mix up the order of the workout.
Mon, WED, FRI
and the weekends off 2 recover and sleep

tough workout! but i mean, ummm… you really goin to count to 100 4 times for 4 different exercises?? thats doin a lot! LOL
