What is this 100 rep scheme I’ve been talking about 2 some of my fellow BODY SPACERS?
–ok alot of u have mailed me about the 100 rep workout…I’ve been trying 2 narrow it down so it can be explained simple as possible.
This is an old school joint, but with a twist 2 burn fat, pump up muscles, build muscles, strength and build a stronger mind set.
Anyone can go in2 the gym and pump out a
100reps, but 2 what avail? What would be the point? Ego?
that should be checked in at the door when u come in…
Yes there is a risk of injury if u just go thru the motions.
2 do the 100 rep work out, u must have total focus, NO SWINGING like a monkey on a tree….no JERKING like Elvis dancing! and showing off 4 ur cam if u take pics or videos…..this is hardcore at it’s best/worst.
For starters….pick 5 exercises u want 2 do…..a weight u know that will be ez 2do…and put your ego in check, you’re here 2 be hardcore remember?
Pick a weight you know u will feel the burn by number 12….
fix your body in such a way you know your form must be perfect….no secondary muscles should come in play. Each exercise will be done with in 1 set….if you must stop, 10 second rest and continue. Now the we shall see what puts the men and women at one end of the room and the boys and girls at the other.
the first exercise is done 2 a 100…..
the second exercise is done 2 a 100…
and you get the idea now…..
a total of 500 reps shall be done per workout…….
Each day the workout shall be different….and u must do the workout 2 completeion.
When the week is up, you shall a increase of lean body mass, decreased fat, a severe pump….a mindset 2 take on the "300" lol
a strength increase, and a severe burn.
If done right….you should be tired, sleep harder, your hunger would rival mine,….your ego won’t want 2 know you.
The trick now,….you must squeeze from the start 2 end…..don’t quit, if u do, pick your shit and go home and watch Billy Blanks…..
If you have a weak body part, do that first….pick a combo set workout…don’t make it ez fir your self
You have 2 eat good, I cannot stress that enough….drink plenty of water, and get plenty of rest.
Rememeber…everybodies body is different, don’t copy their worout if they post it…what works 4 them may not work 4 you.
