If u would like 2 try this workout….please b advised, this workout Is made 4 me, but in order 4 U 2 do it…please modify workout 2 suit u.
(((meaning if u can not do 3 dayz a week , try 2))))

I will b doing a show next april in NY
I’m weighing close 2
235-240lb all natural. I plan on doing something different with my workouts…I know it’s gonna kick my ass….

1.
H.I.T
High intense training…the maximum weight used with the  most reps as I can.
in good form I will b using heavy weight with the extra stretch in the process…
sample shoulder–dumbbell press

1.
dumbbell press seated
first set–55lbs 15 reps…

back flat, stomach in arms back, and chest up high,  I should not be able 2 see the dumbbell in the corner of my eyes.

second set
70lbs same as above…..but 10 reps

third set
90lbs same as above….8reps  
but I only had given myself only 15 seconds rest in beween.

2. The Isolations
isolating the muscles and bringing the separations out…while using the maximum weight  also.

sample biceps
preacher machine curls
4 sets of 30lbs 25 reps, elbows set and do not move….keeping the tension in the belly of the muscle.

3.  
the 100’s reps per exercise…a total of 400-500 reps per exercise
4 exercises i pick 2 do will be done  4 the 100 reps

leg ext.
60lbs  100 reps

cable rows close grip
60lbs  100 reps

chest
hammer strentgh incline  90lbs  100 reps

barbell curls   100’s

of course this changes weekly when doing the 400-500 reps per exercise

this type of workout  I  think will keep me full and hard will bringing out the cuts and keeping my pumped.

when I get used 2 it, I'’ mix up the order of the workout.

Mon, WED, FRI
and the weekends off 2 recover and sleep

What is this 100 rep scheme I’ve been talking about 2 some of my fellow BODY SPACERS?
–ok alot of u have mailed me about the 100 rep workout…I’ve been trying 2 narrow it down so it can be explained simple as possible.

This is an old school joint, but with a twist 2 burn fat, pump up muscles, build muscles, strength and build a stronger mind set.
Anyone can go in2 the gym  and pump out a
100reps, but 2 what avail?  What would be the point? Ego?
that should be checked in at the door when u come in…
Yes there is a risk of injury if u just go thru the motions.

2 do the 100 rep work out, u must have total focus, NO SWINGING like a monkey on a tree….no JERKING like Elvis dancing! and showing off 4 ur cam if u take pics or videos…..this is hardcore at it’s best/worst.

For starters….pick 5 exercises u want 2 do…..a weight u know that will be ez 2do…and put your ego in check, you’re here 2 be hardcore remember?

Pick a weight you know u will feel the burn by number 12….
fix your body in such a way you know your form must be perfect….no secondary muscles should come in play.  Each exercise will be done with in 1 set….if you must stop, 10 second rest and continue. Now the we shall see what puts the men and women at one end of the room and the boys and girls at the other.

the first exercise is done 2 a 100…..
the second exercise is done 2 a 100…
and you get the idea now…..
a total of 500 reps shall be done per workout…….
Each day the workout shall be different….and u must do the workout 2 completeion.

When the week is up, you shall a increase of lean body mass, decreased fat, a severe pump….a mindset 2 take on the "300" lol
a strength increase, and a severe burn.
If done right….you should be tired, sleep harder, your hunger would rival mine,….your ego won’t want 2 know you.

The trick now,….you must squeeze from the start 2 end…..don’t quit, if u do, pick your shit and go home and watch Billy Blanks…..
If you have a weak body part, do that first….pick a combo set workout…don’t make it ez fir your self
You have 2 eat good, I cannot stress that enough….drink plenty of water, and get plenty of rest.
Rememeber…everybodies body is different, don’t copy their worout if they post it…what works 4 them may not work 4 you.

well,…here  I go again…..someone’s downing the women who r on the top 6 .
lookit here,….not every woman with bigger boobs than u have implants….
y do u assume they do?

do u have 2 b so rude in ur words?  some words r like knives…..they cut and do so deeply.
"not all the top 6 chicks have implants, nor do the drooling imbecile teen boys click on their profiles"

normal women who have just started out look up 2 these women 4 what they look like and how far they have come with their workouts…..rememeber, people read, and this site has eyes,mouths, and ears…..people talk.

some women have had their pics taken down 4 who knows y…. (i have an idea, but wont say)

if ure pic is in good taste, y would someone knock it?  yea sure some r butt shots breast shots….so what…..if u can’t cook with the "big dawgs" stay outta the kitchen.
