Ok mybody spacers…it’s been a min,….first off the pass few days have been hard on me…workouts have been dragging a bro down….
everything has been 100 reps for each body part, each exercise ….I’ve been going for two sets the max for each exercise…..no more than 2 sets.
I was 240lbs…right now as of yesterday…..I’m down to 235lbs…..a weeks worth of busting a nut!
the low down later….

now the top 6….where do I begin? is it a touchy subject? Breast impants?…..touchy?
Some people on this site think so…I’ve spoken out about it b4….breast implants…..some women need it….do some people here on this site ever think about that? nope!!!

Hey all the bodyspace friends and others!…..
I know I’ve been M I A 4 about a week…..I had busted my ass from the last blog and still doing so and with work combined…More ass kicking in my direction!
The workouts have been brutal!
But damn it it sure felt good!!!
Still alittle sore from tris on tues….shoulders are less sore….(mental note: hire someone 2 hold phone 4 me when on a call)
chest is kicking in from fri.
Damn that SUPERPUMP 250 is good!
Not trying to push the product, but hey hey!
I did chest…incline dumb bell presses,….
warmed up with 50 lbs for 20 reps
superpumped creeping up on me like a gas trying to escape the body in public!
low and behold!
the first set I do is 105lbs for 10 reps…(that’s 105lbs in each hand, in case u didnt grasp the concept, and you know who you are)
****ing awesome right? wrong!
Im strectching and feeling the vibe when another wave hits me like a bad cop on a black man in south compton!!!
WESTSIDE!!!
the 130’s are in my hands and Im sitting on the bench…LIGHT WEIGHT BABY!! all loud and shit, see this is why no one wants to take me out to eat now…lol
I throw the iron up…and proceed to pump out 12 reps!

that shit felt good!
now I’m the gym bully for 1minute, and I bark at this white dude in the gym, (i know that’s bad, but u should have seen him jump!)
ok, nxt set, same as the 2nd, this time I had a spot just in case, I do it no problem but…..
when I drop the weights iI was still in the "ZONE"
my friend pats me on the shoulder and says good set(this is what Im told)
I just turned to him with a look…..like I was about 2 rip off his head and shit down his neck!
He backed away from me and yelled at me…..
Now mind you…I was in the zone…it took me bout a min 2 snap out of it…..he says I looked like the man who got beaten by BUSH…lol
Nxt was cables…2 sets
1st set 100lbs 20 reps….NXT!!!!!
gimmie something that I can work with…..
I spoke 2 soon and BAM!!!!
I’m hoisting the 150’s each side….10 reps…so you know I’m gonna be sore…..
all in all im still beat up, tired…and I know I’m gonna be sore…. YEA BUDDY!!!!!!

Thanks 2 SUPER PUMP 250….I must admit…It’s some good shit!…made me a beast….made me wanna go all KING KONG on some iron!
I got my little sleep…thanks 2 my liltle pest dana, and her small bladder

I ate pretty good this morning…drank my sp250…rather, I sipped it…feeling it curse thru my veins like a bad movie with no plot…..(it felt like 4ever)
I get 2 the gym….looking for who knows what….I stretch and crank out my cable stiff legged dead lifts, and bentover cable rows….2 sets…100lbs 20 reps
man I tell you…LIGHT WEIGHT BABY!!!’
Then I go and do my t-bar rows old school style, bar in a corner and
1st set..90lbs warm up 20 reps
2nd set..180lbs 15 reps
3 rd set..225lbs 15 reps
4th set..270lbs 12 reps
that was nothing…the nxt 2 sets were gonna drain me faster than a kid asking "r we there yet?"
I set up the dumbbells for my 2 sets……
150lbs 10 reps 1 set each arm
180lbs )))))warning! do not attempt unless you can lift dumbbell off ground without pulling your back out, or without a weight belt((((((((

Hello body-spacers!
Hope everyone had a great weekend!
Another Installment by yours truly….azifukared!
So like check it, I went to the store Tues. to buy my supply of SUPER PUMP 250!
In my ARNOLD VOICE…."What is going on? everybody get out of here! I wanna move some iron"!
That was goin thru my mind on the train….just to get there….it seemed like it took 4ever to get to the gym….and I was only on the train 4 15 mins…that stuff had me jacked so much Jill wouldn’t wanna b around me
lol
So I finally made it to the gym…Im gassed up ready to move some shit,
chest/shoulders
1. smith machine HIGH incline bar bell bench press 135lbs 25 reps–light weight
225lbs 15 reps
315lbs 8 reps with spotter
then the shit kicks in!
I then proceed to load up 225lbs again, this time 20 reps only after a 20 second rest!
can somebody say…."hulking OUT?"

I do side laterals with 25 lbs 20 reps, 15 reps 10 reps, with a short rest in between
then bent over laterals for rear delts…..pain? burn? what is this some people speak of? there is no such thing where I come from! lol
then I hit the cables…big mistake for me later….(((meaning this was done yesterday))))
I’m racking up the weight like a wolf eats it’s kill
no pain! lite weight BABY!!!!!!!!
70lbs at an angle with my chest up high…for 20 reps! this shit is kickin! so I take another swill from the bottle of craziness!
and I keep pumping the reps outs…by now I have to scratch my shoulder, low and behold! I can’t reach my shoulder from the huge pump! YEA BABY!!!!
then I lok in the mirror….Holy crap batman! his chest is bigger than his head!

now I’m worked out and starving! grab your lilttle kiddies, it’s feeding time!
Mind you I don’t eat spare ribs….yesterday I chowed down on some meat, like a hungry man at a free dinner!

I train my clients, but felt a weird feeling coming over me,…I wanted 2 sleep…and in a bad way….I bang my clients out get on a train….go home…too tired to do this last nite , and I still feel like crap!

Hello my muscle girls and muscle guys!
time for another installment of yours truly….
My day started at 4:24 am this morning thanks 2 Dana…my lil’ doggie! she bathroom issues and had 2, just had 2 go out…lol
I slept for another hour and a half…..got up, of course I was in a mood.
What else is new? lol
I also knew my workout was gonna’ be off the chain….yada yada ying yang…hrs later, I’m at the gym…of course I was late….so let me break it down 4 you….it was intense…..uugh! boy was it!
cables:
1.
cable stiff legs/cable bent over pull (like bent over rows),/cable straight armed
3sets of that 20 reps 100lbs
1min break-rest
2.
cable shrugs/dumbbell side raises(25lbs)/cable straight bar curls
3 sets 20 reps
3.
leg ext./flat bar bell bench press(135,225,315lbs)/dumbbell shrugs
legs were 100lbs 20 reps–chest==1st set 20reps==2nd set15 reps==3rd set 8 reps
dummbell shrugs 55lbs 15 reps
all this was done in a triple set like above
so that was my workout 45mins…..I hate rushing, wanted to do my max on 1arm dumbbell row…but I’ll do it thurs
then I only had time to drink my creatine/protien mix….and went to work training my cleints from 1-6pm….my food intake was off, 2 shakes for the day, 2 turkey burgers…..(delieverd of course)
so now must guess I have gas!
and do I ever, sorry to say that for the faint at heart, but let’s be real….we all do it…the women just won’t admit it.
I’m drinking my last shake for the day….and pondeering the workout for tomorrow….
it gon be another bodybeatdown!

(muscle memory)
Dig up ya’ll!
Hope everybody is enjoying the weekend or what’s left of it.
The free food when you house jump for parties! lol
Some of you know what I mean!
Anywho….today’s topic is muscle memory, my way…
you know how sometimes you can’t workout for a certain amount of time, and you’re worried bout losing whatever gains you have made?
Well let me be the first to tell you… it’s not true.
(unless you are laid up and can’t move)
Speaking from experince…I know this…..you can go awhole week and not workout, and not lose anything but some water and (whatever) fat you have…providing you were eating somewhat clean…..
If you hardcore iron movers will notice, when you take time off…the only thing you will lose is the pump, unless you take some NO 2, and creatine supplements and even then it’s not enough…..
If I workout I stay clean,….the only supps I will take is protien and vitamins
If you really think about it…you’re only losing the blood rushing thru your veins….when you workout, it’s amplified, and when you’re not…it’s normal…..
Take a test…eat somewhat clean and take a week off….no need to stress, no need to freak out….you’re muscles will be there when you go back to the gym…..
and then you have more muscle to make because your body will reward you with more….you have to work together with your body,
you mind is a powerful thing, believe me…..listen to your body and you will have muscle memory parties!

Nxt week I may start cardio…depends on where my body is at……
I know before in the past it was talked about people doing too much of it and still look the same…..to be honest…cardio never hurt anyone, no matter what you do or how much?
ait’s been said before, that a person can go and do a workout, come back an hour later and see the same person doing cardio.
Is’nt it up to the person who does the cardio…..does what he/she wants for who knows how long?
I mean, what are the reasons?
Do we know?
What if people just wanna do cardio? Is that wrong
will that make them look like a runner from "Kenya!!??"
If they do too much?
This is what I read today….what does Kenya have to with cardio and too much of it?
That was a unfair Quote to say….I took it as a putdown being part black
I mean hell, If all I need to do was run and be thin I’ll just go to africa…..
Look it doesn’t matter what a person does when it comes to cardio or how much…one will never know what the reasons unless they ask…..
Sure working out with the iron helps, but not everybody wants that.
So to those who do cardio more than anybody else….Again I will tip my hat off to you!
Let us give thanks for the cardio in our lives!
