ok…i have’nt wrote anything in a week or sso…
getting my thoughts together…..
Been doing a different workout this week…trying to find the middle ground for the high one.
On the normal week I would do heavy ass weights, with no swinging or jerking, trying to get the beast to come out…the beast has been asleep since last sat. and for a good reason….the chest workout kat and I did was beyond what I thought it would be….I still feel sore from it.
Now!
I’ve been testing the waters with the notion of feel the pump, blast the burn before it gets critical…meaning, when I feel it, I stop…..needless to say…it works, but not what I expected….doing drag curls was the worse…..more on this nxt week….still working out the bugs….all I can say is….fat has dropped….and I see more roundness.
I’m so used to heavy weights, I have’nt given my body the a simple workout in months…..
pics nxt week…take a look at my progress pics….my most muscular, and see the weight difference. I look somewhat different now…but in a good way.
Kat’s new workout for nxt week will bring out the hardness and and vein popping everybody has been waiting for!

As I sit here relaxing from a beat down workout since monday…I glance at all the progress pics that everybody has added.
I sit and wonder……of all the time we put in to better ourselves…some where down the road, we look back and say…"damn" I can’t believe I looked like that"
We all work hard to follow our dreams on becoming the ULTIMATE BODY….
for all the men and women that kick themselves in the butt to follow the diets, the workout plans…the getting up early in the morning working out late after work, squeezing in a workout during lunch….THIS PROTEIN SHAKE IS FOR YOU!
I commend each and everyone of you !For there are people out there who look at us as freaks! I say take our chicken breast! wave it high in the air and say "HELL YEA!"
And just quietly watch them gasp for air!

I went way back for you..
Abbductor/adductor 2 sets 20-30 reps each 100lbs
Leg Ext 2 sets 10 15 reps 100lbs warm up
Hack squat 2 sets 10-15 reps 270lbs
Leg Ext. 1 set 50 reps 40lbs
Barbell Squat 2sets 10-15 reps 225lbs
Leg Press 2 sets 10-15 reps 450lbs
Standing Lunges 2 sets 20 reps 50lbs each hand
Seated Leg Curls 2 sets 8-10 reps 50lbs
h e whole purpose of this workout was to start bringing in the separation in the quads,
the week before was a heavy leg workout. The basic stuff….more on that later

The time was 10:30 am, steel gym…I’m amped for my BACK workout…thoughts race thru…will I be able to finish? Damn skippy! Boo YA!
Straight arm pulldowns 2 sets 10-12 reps 100lbs
Bar bell bent over rows 2 ses 8-10 reps 225lbs
Straight arm pull downs 1 set 20 reps 80llbs
Widegrip pullups 8-10 or failure
Seated cable rows 2 sets 8-10 reps 120lbs

Reverse grip pulldowns 2sets 8-10 reps 140lbs

there in a nutshell….CON fuse the back and break it down…my mind was right that day, my back hated my for a week…but loves me now!

ok,…so here it is, no rants, no raves…well I’ll try not to.
Here it is, wed nite, and I’m here with my favorite people….not really sure who though
lol
I’m still beat down from monday’s workout at BOB’s STRONG AND SHAPELY…Kat and I did shoulders, biceps and triceps in that order….
I mangaged to to outdo my previous shoulder press…thought it be behind the neck, it was also on smith machine….did the trick cuz…I’m still feeling the aftermath….
Tuesday comes around and I do legs….I go to BALLY’S
yea I know, what kind of hardcore workout can HE do there?
WEll my friends….a workout is what you make of it.
I did legs….and today, it aint no better than yesterday…..Kat asks me on the phone are you alright? I guess I spaced a bit….
lol
so now my chest workout from thurs is now subsiding…thank goodness! Cuz’ my arms are killing me from monday…shoulders are heavy, just heavy….and now my legs?
For the love of chocolate milk and everything I hold dear!!!
Today was the worse I’ve felt in years….not only am I sore, but weak…no matter how much rest I got last nite, or the food intake….I’m beat down….((((as I give myself a pat on the back))))) lol
How in the samhill am I gon do tomorrows workout?

As I write this…I’m loading up on a case of yogurt, 12 comes the case….and a shake then 2 turkey burgers and another shake before bed….I’m gearing up for tomorrow, I think she is at the gym or getting food…..
With my weight gain I have to keep up with it, don’t wanna get too fat! lol
I’m guessing I should be around 250lbs by the end of NOVEMBER…you know turkey day
and left overs….I’m not saying 250lbs I’m saying around give or take a few pounds shy

here is a sample back routine Ive done and still do everynow and then for good reason.
use protection when doing the workout…weight belt, have plenty of water. If you have any back issues, reconsider the workout, if you must do, use caution.
1. stiff legged deadlift
4 sets 1-15 reps maxium weight
2. bent over rows
6 sets 10-15 reps 3 done over hand, 3 done under hand –
3.1 arm dumbbell rows
2 sets of 10,10,10,10
which means, what ever weight youuse…you do it for 10 reps then pick up another dumbbell and repeat till u get 40 reps, then switch sides

4. close grip pull downs
4 sets 15 reps maxium weight possiable with good form.
thats it!, eat good at least 3 days prior to this….and rest up a great deal, dont plan on doing anything for a few days in terms of working out…if your mind aint right!

She’s been thru alot since her journey into her new found world of self awareness…
No matter how she felt…messed up ankle, sic or over tired, she has maintained a true form of "NEVER LOSE"
When we first met, she was preparing for her first show, needless to say, when I first met her in person, I was in awe, not just ‘cuz of her body and how tight it was, but how well grounded she was, and still is….she was looking rather hot, but you did’nt hear that from me…..but her mind was on her show.
Fast forward a bit….she got sick, and had 2 pull out due to this and the overtraining kicked in….and she was still worried bout her next workout….lol

Now it’s months later…and she has been working out and showing new progress, still alittle zealous if you ask me….she wants the change faster than her body can produce it!
Sure I kick her butt in the gym, but you all have seen the changes she’s gone thru!
And that says what?
She is currently working out harder now, putting on some extra muscle hear and there, geting stronger as well. I gotta make the workouts more challenging now…
you’ve heard that the male bodybuilders can be freaks…but KAT is a freak when it comes to her body and how well it now responds to the workouts, time off and now the NEW JOURNEY she is embarking on.
