Well here we r folks!
I took the weekend off 4 some much needed sleep and food stuffing! I weigh a cool
233lbs…not bad…
Ok…2 start my rant and rave!
Y do people have 2 voice their thoughts 2 sway u 2 listen 2 them. I’m all sayin what’s on my mind or u urs….just don’t push the max, u know?
I mean if u don’t feel the vibe….it’s cool.
Women who wanna’ look a certain way is fine by me….do what u want with what u have…..
some women need 2 do certain things, who r we 2 JUDGE?
Men as well…in 1 way, shape form or whatever…we are all vain….not in a bad way…but 2 better ourselves.
We all look in the mirror, window…every chance we get, just a sneak peek, nobody will ever know…just be cool….my hair "DID" right,
Man! my arm looks huge!
SHIT! I look small!
DRAT! I gained a pound, I’ll never fit in2 those SKINNY JEANS!

2day was a weird day 4 me…woke up real early, but still found it hard 2 get up…..no matter what I eat at nite or be4 bed…the nxt morning my sugar levels are low…gotta’ figure that out.
I woke early this morning and ate some yogurt and went back 2 sleep…then got up round 6…
had my 5 whole eggs, cup in a half of brown rice, and 2 cups of veggies…this was close 2 7am u know,
gotta cook it….good thing I prepare my food the nite be4

8:30 comes and goes and so does 2 packets of grits and cheese with scrambled eggs..2 this time.
I feeling pretty good now….make my shake 2 drink at 10, then I’m good 2 go.
I make it 2 the gym,
it’s raining again….that didnt stop me, (((I see this dude doing cardio…when I walk in, say what
s up, and keep going))))
I do:
hammer strength wide…4 set 10 reps increasing lbs by the set,
hammer strength incline same as the other set, but with
dumbell side laterals…and front raises, alternating
dumbell low incline presses 1 big set…
40,45,50, 55lbs…..this was done 1 set after the other, 10 reps then move 2 the nxt weight non stop!
and the finish off with cable cross overs…same with dumbbells…increase weight
starting at 50lbs 6 sets 10 reps each non stop, gotta keep it moving!
word…now it’s late, u see what I look like….

by the time I finished my workout…that dude was still doing cardio…so I asked him…
"y u on 4 so long?"
he says
"I do it cuz i get outta the house, and away from the ball and chain! And i like running…always have"
lol
so it goes 2 show, not everybody does and hours worth of cardio 2 keep in shape
