Ok….Let me get right 2 it,…..
My day is and always will b, full of idots!
The ones that swear they know what they r doing! And the ones, who think they know what they r doing……n person or online….can’t live with them, can’t live without ‘em!

If u must do an exercise…make sure u know what ur’e doing…if not, better ask somebody……U know the ones who think they r doing something then tell u what they r not doing…but at the same tyme the exercise they r doing is….kinda confusing hunh?

doing back yesterday was brutal, man o man I feel it 2nite, 2day, and the nxt few days!
So my workout 2day was good…didnt have 2 push myself hard, just the basics 2day…20mins and I’m done!
yep 20mins…ntense it was…..
v-bar pushdowns 4 tris–3 sets 10 reps
standing up hammer curls–2 sets 10 reps
seated alternating curls–2 sets 6 reps
ncline curls–1 set 10 reps
and rope press downs–1 set 15reps
and that was it!…short ntense and hard….I know I burned off the m&m’s 2day
lol
then I ate….pasta and chicken…hmmm I’m getting hungry now…
the rest of the day was boring and the same….train clients, eat….u know the rest
lol
If u r not sure about something that u r taking…get more nfo! plz no deadbodies allowed!
Don’t mix fatburners and engery drinks 2 gether
and fo’ sho don’t take more than u should or that is allowed on fatburners! that’s just plain dumb! go n2 cardic arrest…and nobody will know what from……
and if u have an INJURY…try not 2 workout with….IT just makes it worse!
