Sorry I’m late….long day…
Let me first say….I have a few things on my mind…
1.  Ny sucks……they want more money from u, but won’t fix what they have…
     they rather throw a PARADE 4 a baseball team then help those n need….don’t get me
    wrong…just my thoughts.

2.   Humid weather sucks!  lol
    
3.  And whinners get on my dang nerve!…lol

whew! I feel alittle better now…
Another day, hard 2 get up…harder and harder it seems nowadayz….low blood sugar really kicks a person’s arse! lol
but I did it, KAT CALLS ME THIS MORNING ROUND 6:30AM….I SWEAR, SHE NEEDS 2 B STRAPPED DOWN AND FORCED 2 SLEEP PASS 7AM!  LOL  Nstead of her coming 2 queens…I went there….we meet up…already it’s one of those dayz….I know I’m ready 4 an onslaught workout, I feel it….but I contain it,….we fiddle faddle round her house, she makes me a protien drink,,,,,egg whites and tru mass I think…chocolate,….then we bust a move.

On the way we r talking bout a few things, and people of course, the pros, and the pros not.
The workout and the pros not,   we finally make it 2 the gym….the front was warmer than outside, but the nside was alittle warm…where b the AC???
We aim 2 do some back… as we walk n, "the girly men" stop and gawk at us…what? something hanging from my nose?
I figure they lookin at Kat, now u know she got mo’ muscle than they do  lol
We start off with back:
just the middle and outter lats 2 day. We start with
close grip pulldowns… I video taped it 4 her….here u can clearly c what’s she’s doin’… no mugging 4 the lens, not tryin 2 look pretty, her form is great, no bobbing and weaving showing off, and u can really c the weights she’s using.—go2 her page and view (katnap)

when she cuts up…u gon’ b like
DAY—UMMM!
we go back and fourth….I almost do the whole stack…cuz u know, well it’s me
lol
the girly men r watching so hard I thought they were looking 4 paris hilton.
Kat later on nforms me…they were lookin at u….u were the biggest guy n the gym….
now mind u, kat has muscles and they  looked scurred of her there…..she done got mo muscle mo muscle mo muscle than they do!
lol

I do 2 sets of dumbbell rows, doing my famous 10, 10, 10 sset…this tyme I do 2 sets.

On the normal…we stick 2 a set game plan….not much n the gym 2 work on…n the terms of free weights, but a good gym.

We don’t like doing add ins…such as
I’ll throw n this, or that…when u say u have a plan, just do it! dang!

We do a few sets of shoulders…now it’s humid…we dont complain…and lose focus,….drive thru it like u own it! No pity parties here!

then we move on 2 calves….thats bout it…then it catches up…we r both sweating like pigs…that’s a sign 2 slow down or stop…everybody else is….

I’m a fat bastard……those tires u c round some persons on the street…I have them!

Kat calls me fat….that’s y she’s short! ha haw!

When the gym is humid…and u drink flavored fitness water…PROPELL WATER…
tha shit sucks…with n the hour I filled out and smoothed out….
If u wanna drink something with flavor…try alittle gatorade…4 the sugar, but stay with plain H2O
I’s just better, knamean?

And when u go 2 the gym…keep a set game plan…don’t just throw something n….just 4 the sake of it…day n day out…what r u trying 2 do….grow some muscle or beat it down? give ur body tyme 2 grow….if need b, take some tyme off…relax, ur’e body will thank u 4 it later!
And 4 those who wanna add muscle,  size,  cuts…or whatever, feel free 2 drop me a line…it’s free

If u wanna’ ake fat burners….read up on them….first…if u don’t already know…u can get ur body 2 start as ur own fat burning machine…there r some foods…more protien,…but bware the  dreaded "farts"  
lol
n doing so with xtra protien, always drink more water and keep up with the carbs…clean carbs…and try 2 juggle them…c what works best.
Spicy foods  work well as a fatburner….just 2 give u a clue.
No  energy drink will will do that…all that will happen is, u’ll piss alot, drink less water cuz u want that high u get when the caffine kicks n…y?when u crash u’ll b hungery and tired…and I won’t wanna b around ya’ ass!

Plz…read the bottles of energy drinks and fat burners 2 make sure u dont get sick or worse

and I’m out!
