So 2day started off as a slo day..felt like I’ve been sleeping 2 long…NO WAKE UP CALL….
turned over looked at the time, shit! 7:10 am and it looked dark out…mmm a storm is ah brewing!
I get up…drag myself outta’ bed, get my head 2gether get the eye boggers out
lol
and start my day….it’s gettin harder and harder 2 get up nowadays….sugarlevels drop 2 much and I can’t seem 2 get enuff sleep.
my meals r the same as yesterday…’cept I added 2 packets of grits 2 the mix….xtra carbs..
2day is chest and shoulders day! can’t wait! I’m ready 2 go!
So now it’s pouring! hard! shit! this all I need! Who wants 2 go out n the pouring rain?
Not me! lol
so it stops and start again, I talk 2 Kat, she’s home, thank goodness, it’s not nice out….
so 10:30 rolls around, I don’t wanna’ go, but gotta’
now it’s not raining…I get 2 the subway…start sweating…it’s humid out…
1 question…y is it that everyperson who is n2 building their body, y they gotta sweat like running water, and don’t nobody tell me…or say,
"u’re holding water" lol
Ok, 20 mins later my train comes….5 mins later I get 2 my nxt stop 2 transfer 2 another train…..
another 20mins go by…I’m sweating like a pig…so r a few others, the rest…thought somebody threw water on them!
lol
So now there is an announcement! There r no trains n2 the city…nice of them 2 say it now….*******s! now I gotta’ catch a train goin back the direction I just came from!
2 make a long story short…got 2 the gym 2 hours later…a 45mins ride….need I say more?
I really wanted 2 workout….so I made it there…
chest and shoulders
1. smith machine high ncline….
I warm up with 145lbs 20 reps, wide 2 stress my front delts as well get the strecth n my upper chest.
3 more sets of this and it’s down 2 do the work!
2. now I’m ready! let’s do it !
first set—-245lbs 4 15 reps
2nd set—-245lbs 4 10reps
3rd set…balls 2 the wall!
335lbs 5 reps with a spotter! hells 2 the yea!
I’m burning! pumped and ready 4:
shoulders,….side laterals…20lbs 20 reps
I do this 4 4 sets…..now im pumped and feeling spry!
cable xcross overs
ah, the trick is…..2 do them without coming fully 2 the middle…just enuff 2 stress the area by my under arm and front delts….30 reps 50 lbs
nxt set…70lbs and do them same….but I do 20 reps…and the last 3reps….I squeeze all the way 2 the bottom, and superset with low ncline dumbells…this is with 100lbs
4 10 hard reps….
this goes on 4 4 sets…the rest periods r brief and short….this has got my breathing soaring high!
but it feels good!
Then I start my day with work….dont wanna bore u with that stuff….

I’m of now…have back 2 do 2morrow with Kat, depending what she can do!
