Well here we r folks!
I took the weekend off 4 some much needed sleep and food stuffing! I weigh a cool
233lbs…not bad…

Ok…2 start my rant and rave!
Y do people have 2 voice their thoughts 2 sway u 2 listen 2 them. I’m all sayin what’s on my mind or u urs….just don’t push the max, u know?
I mean if u don’t feel the vibe….it’s cool.
Women who wanna’ look a certain way is fine by me….do what u want with what u have…..
some women need 2 do certain things, who r we 2 JUDGE?
Men as well…in 1 way, shape form or whatever…we are all vain….not in a bad way…but 2 better ourselves.
We all look in the mirror, window…every chance we get, just a sneak peek, nobody will ever know…just be cool….my hair "DID" right,
Man! my arm looks huge!
SHIT! I look small!
DRAT! I gained a pound, I’ll never fit in2 those SKINNY JEANS!

We all do it….no don’t lie 2 urself!

…what I wanna say is…"if u have issues with other people wanting 2 do something 2 their body,…voice it but don’t make ***controrversy *** out of it"

2day was a weird day 4 me…woke up real early, but still found it hard 2 get up…..no matter what I eat at nite or be4 bed…the nxt morning my sugar levels are low…gotta’ figure that out.

I woke early this morning and ate some yogurt and went back 2 sleep…then got up round 6…

had my 5 whole eggs, cup in a half of brown rice, and 2 cups of veggies…this was close 2  7am u know,
gotta cook it….good thing I prepare my food the nite be4
lol

8:30 comes and goes and so does 2 packets of grits and cheese with scrambled eggs..2 this time.

I feeling pretty good now….make my shake 2 drink at 10, then I’m good 2 go.

I make it 2 the gym,
it’s raining again….that didnt stop me, (((I see this dude doing cardio…when I walk in, say what
s up, and keep going))))

I do:
hammer strength wide…4 set 10 reps increasing lbs by the set,
hammer strength incline same as the other set, but with
dumbell side laterals…and front raises, alternating

dumbell low incline presses 1 big set…
40,45,50, 55lbs…..this was done 1 set after the other, 10 reps then move 2 the nxt weight non stop!

and the finish off with cable cross overs…same with dumbbells…increase weight
starting at 50lbs 6 sets 10 reps each non stop, gotta keep it moving!
word…now it’s late, u see what I look like….

so it goes 2 show, not everybody does and hours worth of cardio 2 keep in shape

Ok….Let me get right 2 it,…..
My day is and always will b, full of idots!
The ones that swear they know what they r doing! And the ones, who think they know what they r doing……n person or online….can’t live with them, can’t live without ‘em!
lol

If u must do an exercise…make sure u know what ur’e doing…if not, better ask somebody……U know the ones who think they r doing something then tell u what they r not doing…but at the same tyme the exercise they r doing is….kinda confusing hunh?
"Oh I wanna do this but,  ill throw this exercise n 4 good measure," dolt! Ur’e still doing the same body part!…."4 certain reasons….I can’t get n2 names of the exercise, 4 the fear of DOOH’!-ness may occur"

Again I’m asked bout fatburners….Y do they make me shakey? I feel sick 2 my stomach….I’m nervous….
braindead person!  if u feel this way, stop taking them!  and while i’m on t….y take fat burners and a energy drink….3 fat burners? what u trying 2 do< kill urself?

peep it….like some people….I know when 2 push myself and not 2…
doing back yesterday was brutal, man o man I feel it 2nite, 2day, and the nxt few days!

So my workout 2day was  good…didnt have 2 push myself hard, just the basics 2day…20mins and I’m done!
yep 20mins…ntense it was…..
v-bar pushdowns 4 tris–3 sets 10 reps
standing up hammer curls–2 sets 10 reps
seated alternating curls–2 sets  6 reps
ncline curls–1 set  10 reps
and rope press downs–1 set  15reps

and that was it!…short ntense and hard….I know I burned off the m&m’s 2day
lol
then I ate….pasta and chicken…hmmm I’m getting hungry now…
the rest of the day was boring and the same….train clients, eat….u know the rest
lol

If u r not sure about something that u r taking…get more nfo! plz no deadbodies allowed!
Don’t mix fatburners and engery drinks 2 gether
and fo’ sho don’t take more than u should or that is allowed on fatburners!  that’s just plain dumb!   go n2 cardic arrest…and nobody will know what from……
and if u have an INJURY…try not 2 workout with….IT just makes it worse!

Sorry I’m late….long day…
Let me first say….I have a few things on my mind…
1.  Ny sucks……they want more money from u, but won’t fix what they have…
     they rather throw a PARADE 4 a baseball team then help those n need….don’t get me
    wrong…just my thoughts.

2.   Humid weather sucks!  lol
    
3.  And whinners get on my dang nerve!…lol

whew! I feel alittle better now…
Another day, hard 2 get up…harder and harder it seems nowadayz….low blood sugar really kicks a person’s arse! lol
but I did it, KAT CALLS ME THIS MORNING ROUND 6:30AM….I SWEAR, SHE NEEDS 2 B STRAPPED DOWN AND FORCED 2 SLEEP PASS 7AM!  LOL  Nstead of her coming 2 queens…I went there….we meet up…already it’s one of those dayz….I know I’m ready 4 an onslaught workout, I feel it….but I contain it,….we fiddle faddle round her house, she makes me a protien drink,,,,,egg whites and tru mass I think…chocolate,….then we bust a move.

On the way we r talking bout a few things, and people of course, the pros, and the pros not.
The workout and the pros not,   we finally make it 2 the gym….the front was warmer than outside, but the nside was alittle warm…where b the AC???
We aim 2 do some back… as we walk n, "the girly men" stop and gawk at us…what? something hanging from my nose?
I figure they lookin at Kat, now u know she got mo’ muscle than they do  lol
We start off with back:
just the middle and outter lats 2 day. We start with
close grip pulldowns… I video taped it 4 her….here u can clearly c what’s she’s doin’… no mugging 4 the lens, not tryin 2 look pretty, her form is great, no bobbing and weaving showing off, and u can really c the weights she’s using.—go2 her page and view (katnap)

when she cuts up…u gon’ b like
DAY—UMMM!
we go back and fourth….I almost do the whole stack…cuz u know, well it’s me
lol
the girly men r watching so hard I thought they were looking 4 paris hilton.
Kat later on nforms me…they were lookin at u….u were the biggest guy n the gym….
now mind u, kat has muscles and they  looked scurred of her there…..she done got mo muscle mo muscle mo muscle than they do!
lol

I do 2 sets of dumbbell rows, doing my famous 10, 10, 10 sset…this tyme I do 2 sets.

On the normal…we stick 2 a set game plan….not much n the gym 2 work on…n the terms of free weights, but a good gym.

We don’t like doing add ins…such as
I’ll throw n this, or that…when u say u have a plan, just do it! dang!

We do a few sets of shoulders…now it’s humid…we dont complain…and lose focus,….drive thru it like u own it! No pity parties here!

then we move on 2 calves….thats bout it…then it catches up…we r both sweating like pigs…that’s a sign 2 slow down or stop…everybody else is….

I’m a fat bastard……those tires u c round some persons on the street…I have them!

Kat calls me fat….that’s y she’s short! ha haw!

When the gym is humid…and u drink flavored fitness water…PROPELL WATER…
tha shit sucks…with n the hour I filled out and smoothed out….
If u wanna drink something with flavor…try alittle gatorade…4 the sugar, but stay with plain H2O
I’s just better, knamean?

And when u go 2 the gym…keep a set game plan…don’t just throw something n….just 4 the sake of it…day n day out…what r u trying 2 do….grow some muscle or beat it down? give ur body tyme 2 grow….if need b, take some tyme off…relax, ur’e body will thank u 4 it later!
And 4 those who wanna add muscle,  size,  cuts…or whatever, feel free 2 drop me a line…it’s free

If u wanna’ ake fat burners….read up on them….first…if u don’t already know…u can get ur body 2 start as ur own fat burning machine…there r some foods…more protien,…but bware the  dreaded "farts"  
lol
n doing so with xtra protien, always drink more water and keep up with the carbs…clean carbs…and try 2 juggle them…c what works best.
Spicy foods  work well as a fatburner….just 2 give u a clue.
No  energy drink will will do that…all that will happen is, u’ll piss alot, drink less water cuz u want that high u get when the caffine kicks n…y?when u crash u’ll b hungery and tired…and I won’t wanna b around ya’ ass!

Plz…read the bottles of energy drinks and fat burners 2 make sure u dont get sick or worse

So 2day started off as a slo day..felt like I’ve been sleeping 2 long…NO WAKE UP CALL….
turned over looked at the time, shit! 7:10 am and it looked dark out…mmm a storm is ah brewing!

I get up…drag myself outta’ bed, get my head 2gether get the eye boggers out
lol
and start my day….it’s gettin harder and harder 2 get up nowadays….sugarlevels drop 2 much and I can’t seem 2 get enuff sleep.
my meals r the same as yesterday…’cept I added 2 packets of grits 2 the mix….xtra carbs..
2day is chest and shoulders day!  can’t wait! I’m ready 2 go!

So now it’s pouring! hard! shit! this all I need! Who wants 2 go out n the pouring rain?
Not me! lol
so it stops and start again, I talk 2 Kat, she’s home, thank goodness, it’s not nice out….
so 10:30 rolls around, I don’t wanna’ go, but gotta’
now it’s not raining…I get 2 the subway…start sweating…it’s humid out…
1 question…y is it that everyperson who is n2 building their body, y they gotta sweat like running water, and don’t nobody tell me…or say,
"u’re holding water" lol
Ok, 20 mins later my train comes….5 mins later I get 2 my nxt stop 2 transfer 2 another train…..
another 20mins go by…I’m sweating like a pig…so r a few others, the rest…thought somebody threw water on them!
lol

So now there is an announcement! There r no trains n2 the city…nice of them 2 say it now….*******s!  now I gotta’ catch a train goin back the direction I just came from!
2 make a long story short…got 2 the gym 2 hours later…a 45mins ride….need I say more?
I really wanted 2 workout….so I made it there…
chest and shoulders
1. smith machine high ncline….

I warm up with 145lbs 20 reps, wide 2 stress my front delts as well get the strecth n my upper chest.
3 more sets of this and it’s down 2 do the work!

2. now I’m ready! let’s do it !

first set—-245lbs 4 15 reps
2nd set—-245lbs 4  10reps
3rd set…balls 2 the wall!
335lbs 5 reps with a spotter! hells 2 the yea!
I’m burning! pumped and ready 4:

shoulders,….side laterals…20lbs 20 reps
I do this 4 4 sets…..now im pumped and feeling spry!

cable xcross overs
ah, the trick is…..2 do them without coming fully 2 the middle…just enuff 2 stress the area by my under arm and front delts….30 reps 50 lbs
nxt set…70lbs and do them same….but I do 20 reps…and the last 3reps….I squeeze all the way 2 the bottom, and superset with low ncline dumbells…this is with 100lbs
4 10 hard reps….
this goes on 4 4 sets…the rest periods r brief and short….this has got my breathing  soaring high!
but it feels good!

Then I start my day with work….dont wanna bore u with that stuff….
all n all….
don’t let ur mood b4 the workout affect ur workout…..
I’m of now…have back 2 do 2morrow with Kat, depending what she can do!

Hello? is anybody out there? Can anybody here me? Is this thing on? we live?
Tuesday morning….felt like crap, did’nt wanna’ get up…who does 4 that matter?
Ok, had 2 get myself n gear….motovation is a bitch nowdays!  wanna’ do tris and some light legs 2day.
So breakfst tasted like crap 2day…eggs mixed with veggies! uugh! but gotta do it.
4 whole eggs and a cup of veggies with ketchup!
yummy!
that was at 7am….
7:30
check emails and respond 2 the ones I have’nt yet…..
talk 2 a couple of clients….
7:45
start making protien drink 2 drink at 8am
and prepare my next meal 4 8:30

right now I’m weighing round 232-234lbs….eating almost every 2 hours is a bitch n a half at work!
So trying 2 get n what I can now, b4 I head off 2 the grind!
my last meal b4 I leave the house is at 10:30 or so…
now I wanna do this right….fill up enough so I can push the envolpe at the gym…..
2day is rep day and non stop burning!
Been thinking bout doing a show nxt year….no if ands or butts about it!
If it aint health related, no excuse!, not gon feel sorry 4 myself or nuthin’…u got the kat? u 2! We gon do this!

So I get 2 the gym, do my meet and great….same thing everyday….say hi,  say hi 2 the nice people, and the 2faced ones….and  u know who ur! Same as 4 the WANNA’B trainers…
I go set myself up….
1. triceps
ez curl bar 4 skull crushers
10lbs each side….4 a set of 30 reps…..
20lbs each side….4 a set of 20 reps…..
30lbs each side….4 a set of 10 reps…..

as an aide 2 doing tris 4 this many sets, I throw n some biceps 2 cushin the elbows…..
1 set of 10 reps with the straight bar with 20lbs each side on the flat side of the preacher bench.

As I look around and try 2 breathe ez…I c the gym is starting 2 fill up a bit….same
ya-hoos…lol  watchin me…yea…go on…watch.

2. 1 arm cable push downs….
this is done by leaning back 1 arm on the pole and push…
40lbs 4 15 reps
told u, I was serious rep day is 2day…..
4 sets of that, same rep range…..

As I stretch I notice my tri’s r pump more than normal….must b the oatmeal.

So I’m ready 4 some leg ext. only 4 sets of 25lbs….
nothing fancy…I have some time 2 fine tune what I need 4 APRIL.
when that is done…I grab my protien shake and my bcaa’s
and head the upstairs, drinking like a madman on the bush hunt!
lol

The rest of my day went as follow:
train my clients beat some up….like the 1 I made throw up
lol
and go window shopping till my last client came n…
she was a real screamer….everybody thinks that just moving weight is enough,…it is’nt
it’s all n how u do it.

When I’m asked…how do u squeeze a certain muscle, how do u know when ur’e squeezing?
I first tell them, ask ur trainer….if he can’t point u n the right direction…slap him n the 4head and come come and ask me then.

I mean c’mon!
If u have goals n mind, keep them, don’t let them go astray due 2 some bull sh*t!
If it aint
health related, u just a punk!
Health related means….ur body won’t let u do anything
heart problems, or limbs falling from the body.

2nite  kat called me…but i was n the other room …she might b mad at me…hope not.
and 4 those who like 2 copy other people…or need the attention…
…well do I need 2 get n2 all that?……well my other half says yes!
So let’s do it!
When a person starves 4 attention…it makes them look  weak, if u got the goods, make it better
I mean…if u want bread…go2 the baker…let the baker bake the bread, not the barber,
it just tastes better, knamean?

I’ll b here 2 morrow and everyday after…same title different day..so spread the news, if u like what u read, there will b more….

hello is this thing on? anybody out there? can u read what i’m saying?
all the non knowing people out there, take heed, i’m comin atcha full throttle!
no if ands or butts! i’m not talkin bout weight gain, cardio! or that red electricjazzfusedimadothisworkout stuff!

i want my chest fuller…not bigger, 2 late 4 that…fuller i mean…rounder the appearance that it looks bigger.
how will i do that?
what does he mean its  2late 2 get it bigger?

ill leave that one 2 that certain xpert…lol
now 2 fullfill my chest…i need 2 get my tris bigger and stronger, nope i dont mean bigger n size…that will come, but im talkin bout bigger n the sense that the muscle will b engorged with fibers being split, and regrowing…so naturally..the pump comes n handy….
i need my lats stronger so i can handle the pounds coming down, the tris stonger 2 push the pounds up or out, depending what i doin 4 chest….
and last but not least…my front delts have 2 b stronger, not bigger….

that means doin front raises and some pressing….dont  want them 2 big, or they will do all the work…"and i dont wanna look funny"

now, 4 the tris…i figure…and i do my math, not like some people who just read the mags…..u gotta know whats best 4 u, not somebody else’s words….IE
get a clue.
i would staart off by overhead presses with a straight bar….hands close 2gether…not there is a simple way i do it…not the old fashion way…the way i built up my tris…i must b doin something right

some close grip pushdowns….with elbows out…and then skull crushers…not 2 heavy…if i did that…my front delts would do must of the work…IE 4 those who arent paying attention….ur delts will keep u from the getting the full joy of skull crushers!
lol

nxt…my famous 1 arm dumbell rows…he killer of all back workouts….but, this time its only that…then close grip pulldowns right away!

the burn u feel from doing these r something that would make a grown man cry…like me…lol

then front raises…..

1nce all these factors r strong and built up….ur bench will get better, the pump will b more engorged and the chest…fuller…cuz ur chest did all the work…..sure everything  had a role n the excerSIZE,…but…thik about it…..

now back 2 the top

as always…
Hello? anybody there? No goverment with a microchip 4 the back of ur neck waiting 2 ambush me with PROPING GANDA at me?

anyways….2day was a normal day,somewhat back 2 normal…feeling strong…hard 2 stay afloat when n the back of my mind I could go down….(sugar levels have been low)
i did some light chest, shoulders, and tris
the max i did on chest ncline dumbells was 110pounds…rtyin keep above water, started out with 75pounds as a warmup…2sets, then 90,100,110pounds
the ncline was set high 2 hit my upper and outter chest…these were done at an almost fly position…palms facing 2wards each other, an only goin straight up an down, but not 2 full ext.
3 max sets of 10 reps each—( do i really need 2 show off how much i can do?)

cables the max was 120pounds 4 the same 10 reps
started out with 70pounds as a warmup…then progressed 2 120pounds

shoulders were n order…2 sets of side laterals with 40pounds…10 reps
the meat an gravy..shoulder presses…both front and back
50 pounds as a start n ncluding the bar
worked my way up 2 120pounds…
all sets were 10 reps

and that was that…..
then 2 one gaint set of v bar push downs….50 reps
40pounds
elbows close 2 my side, bar close 2 my ches,stomach at all times…an proceed 2 pump up the  tris with force.
what kept me goin…..?  cant tell u…my lil secret, but u wanna kno mayb later..ill tell ya

whats heavier?
100pounds at 10 reps
or 50pound at 50 reps?

Hello…is this live?
This is being brought 2 u commerical free!
No govterment chicken heads 2 censor what is being said….

As some of u know, if u read my post last week…with me feeling like shit…
can u say hypoglycemic?
as  I stated b4…that I would gain a certain amount of lbs……by monday…well I did n fact yesterday i weighed myself at 235 n a half…2day…235lbs.

some may ask how this is possiable….the right carbs will do the trick…sorta like doin a body building show…if u carb deplete…u flatten out, when u carb ncrease u gain, fill out…n my case, its been steady…i fighure another few days and i will b full!

n order 4 me not 2 fall out on the street i still have 2 maintain the clean carbs and no refined suger….with a balanced diet ill b ok.

If Im  right, ill drop a few, then gain it bck an b at a steady weight…maybe round 238…..if a few pounds lighter…but its all good n the hood.

and nope, i wont have 2 do any cardio…..

pssst…..
let’s talk shop…let’s say cardio….
I’m a trainer n a well planted gym n NYC.
I c people doing cardio all the tyme….how can one knock somebody doing crdio? Or how much they can/ an or do?
Mayb 2 some of the masses…(in their heads) doing cardio 4 a whole n a hlaf is 2 much…bet they could kick yo butt
from here 2 there…when it comes 2 ndurance!

did u ever stop 2 think…mayb thats all they wanna do? or have tyme 4? at least they make n the gym where as some dont even bother…an yes the people i c doing a shit load of cardio…also work the IRON…I should know I’m the gym everyday!

And let me tell u..they bust they butt working out, mayb they dont change n ur eyes…or anybody else’s…but 2 them they do what they want.

Some dont do cardio much…so waht do people knock u cuz u dont or dont do much?
I dont do much cardio and look at me…sure it the diet…the IRON moving…but u know what…..they r just like me an u….they come n… do their cardio, move some IRON and get out.
Some pros do alot of cardio…will u say anything bout them?
Normal people do alot of cardio…will u ask them y they do?

mayb they do all the cardio and want feel good that they r doing it…but not looking 2 gain any muscle.
