Here it is….I’ve been workingout busting my butt..yet again….being carb depleted and not realizing it…I’ve changed my workouts, yet again.
This tyme the mind was again stronger…it pushed me beyond what I could do on low carbs.
I went from heavy sets 2 medium sets…(lbs wise)
the past 2 in a half weeks I’ve put on at least 7lbs…with the aide of supplements.
a combo stack…which really worked…(all over the counter stuff)
if u could see my small kitchen ud say..a mini store is here!
lol
so anyways…..I was telling kat,….look at my belly! she laughs and calls me fat
we joke like that….now, mind u, I’m not pushing my stomach out…it’s just out….2much creatine cocktails I think
lol
so this past week, I’ve been getting dizzy, weak…and really shaky….not knowing till 2nite…that my carbs r way low and my sugar levels have dropped really low…..i weighed myself at 230lbs 2day….I’m guessing by monday, I should b weighing round 235-237lbs…u see, iI have 2 add more carbs 2 my low diet….I manage 2 gain some muscle size the past 2 weeks or so….now come monday…it’ll b some water from the carbs and I know I’ll b fuller than I have this week….

word of caution…when dieting…plz pay close attion 2 what u eat and how much….it can and will knck u 4 a loop!
I’m still up when I should b n bed fighting the pillows and losing the fight!
but, I got hungry, yet again! can u see where the xtra weight will come from?
is anybody paying attention?
