legs feel like they have been worked….been squeezing…helps a bit.
2day i did alternating dumbell curls…and triceps reverse push downs.
started with 30lbs 10 reps each arm then 50lbs 4 the same
then 65lbs 4 6reps
i had a great arm workout 4 bi’s….tris were moderate….90lbs 4 2 sets of 20 reps
