sundaynite the 6th 10-36pm

2. eating all that food an carbs paid off…just n tyme
3. the short but needed "katnap" was what the doc.ordered!
" we had 2 modify the workout due 2 the setup of the gym"
we started the workout with leg ext….
leg press an hack squat
kat leg press an hacksquat supersets….then n2 duck squats, while i maintained a stead fast leg press workout.
while she was n the bathroom, i decided 2 do a set of lunges….man they kicked my ass!…i did the first set n place…
kat did her sets n place as well….she had told me she did hers different from what i did…i tend 2 isolate the muscles alot…so no secondary muscles or third come n2 play.
we then proceeded 2 standing upright leg curls 4 hamstrings….she did this superesetted with the adductors….
while i did my straight sets of upright leg curls.
never have i felt my hams pop out from any leg workout!
lol
we then went 2 seated leg curls! ask her how it went!
lol
nxt was calves, a bit ez if u ask me….
that was the workout n a nutshell,…more within the nxt day or 2 or how we felt…..check n with her blog 2 how she feels.
an ask her what she thought of her new leg workout,….she may b sleepin or going 2 bed as i finish with htis blog, an i will b 2.
