so i hooked up with kat….we both were feelin alittle out of sorts….low food ntake
if uve checked my workout program …ull c how we workedout….we both were doin god…an it hit us……
i felt like shit from fridays workout….till the point i felt like shit…but managed 2 almost complete the workout…despite the set up of the gym.
xxxtreme fittnes……when ure used 2 certin things u xpect that…but i made due as well as kat, meaning she goes there alot…….
now chest day….
oh lawd!
somebody help kat….it is now 1:15pm n ny….4 those who r not n the ny area…..
shes knocked out right now…..
the workout:
1. cable cross overs….5 sets ncrease weight each set
.flat bench press, 3 sets ncrease after first set, then ncrease by 20 lbs 4 m4
me 245lbs basically…what ever she could do, she started feel ing the workout after the cable crossovers…
(it’s not bout how weight u use, but how u do it)
3. a short tripleset….on machine….ncline…wide, and flat….3 sets one i get done shes doing whatever i jus got finished with,
4. then machine pullovers……i did i arm….wish i had this n my gym

she did a couple sets of legs….hey she gon feel it later

then it hit her…she wanted 2 go…..she was wasted an it hit her her hard! yea boi!!!!
ha ha!
right now…shes fast asleep…aww poor thang!
we’ll c how she feels later…even now, she woke up 2 hit me as im typin this…poo poo kat!
