same shoulder workout as b4…arms r stanard follow up 2morrow food ready

sat the 12th back! sunday the 13th chest some tris

so i hooked up with kat….we both were feelin alittle out of sorts….low food ntake

if uve checked my workout program …ull  c how we workedout….we both were doin god…an it hit us……

i felt like shit from fridays workout….till the point i felt like shit…but managed 2 almost complete the workout…despite the set up of the gym.

xxxtreme fittnes……when ure used 2 certin things u xpect that…but i made due as well as kat, meaning she goes there alot…….

now chest day….

oh lawd!

somebody help kat….it is now 1:15pm n ny….4 those who r not n the ny area…..

shes knocked out right now…..

the workout:

1. cable cross overs….5 sets    ncrease weight each set

.flat bench press, 3 sets    ncrease after first set, then ncrease by 20 lbs 4 m4

me 245lbs   basically…what ever she could do, she started feel ing the workout after the cable crossovers…

(it’s not bout how weight u use, but how u do it)

3. a short tripleset….on machine….ncline…wide, and flat….3 sets one i get done shes doing whatever i jus got finished with,

4. then machine pullovers……i did i arm….wish i had this n my gym

lol

she did a couple sets of legs….hey she gon feel it later

some tris  but jus 2 do it, an a couple of bis…..

then it hit her…she wanted 2 go…..she was wasted an it hit her her hard! yea boi!!!!

ha ha!

right now…shes fast asleep…aww poor thang!

we’ll c how she feels later…even now, she woke up 2 hit me as im typin this…poo poo kat!

re: shoulder workout

damn! i was beat  worse than a man tryin 2 get free food at the 7-11!

2day is sunday….im still recovering  from fridays workout…i was like at 50% if that yesterday!…but i still managed 2 do the major part of the work sat.

i felt so out of it that it hurt 2 move, turn raise my arms up or anything….this is y i only do shoulders once or twice a month…nxt time i do shoulders its gon b high reps an medium weight.

if u wanna try 2 do it, check my workout program an let me kno.

legs feel like they have been worked….been squeezing…helps a bit.

2day i did alternating dumbell curls…and triceps reverse push downs.

started with 30lbs 10 reps each arm then 50lbs 4 the same
then 65lbs 4 6reps
i had a great arm workout 4 bi’s….tris were moderate….90lbs 4 2 sets of 20 reps

1. i’m still wiped,beat,tore up an feelin fonky fonky fine!
2. eating all that food an carbs paid off…just n tyme
3. the short but needed "katnap" was what the doc.ordered!

" we had 2 modify the workout due 2 the setup of the gym"
we started the workout with leg ext….
leg press an hack squat
kat leg press an hacksquat supersets….then n2 duck squats, while i maintained a stead fast leg press workout.
while she was n the bathroom, i decided 2 do a set of lunges….man they kicked my ass!…i did the first set n place…
kat did her sets n place as well….she had told me she did hers different from what i did…i tend 2 isolate the muscles alot…so no secondary muscles or third come n2 play.

we then proceeded 2 standing upright leg curls 4 hamstrings….she did this superesetted with the adductors….
while i did my straight sets of upright leg curls.
never have i felt my hams pop out from any leg workout!
lol
we then went 2 seated leg curls! ask her how it went!
lol
nxt was calves, a bit ez if u ask me….

that was the workout n a nutshell,…more within the nxt day or 2 or how we felt…..check n with her blog 2 how she feels.
an ask her what she thought of her new leg workout,….she may b sleepin or going 2 bed as i finish with htis blog, an i will b 2.

ok…in order 4 the both of us 2 complete this  grueling leg blast, we both need 2  carb up an eat…since i will b working 2 2nite, i started this morning with eggplant and pastsa….cell tech an a hand full of nitrix…..right now im gonna have a wght gain drink 2 get me thru 2nite an that i still have some left  on reserve….bout 3pm….6 or 7 turkey franks with cheese….an a protein shake…5pm another handfull of nitrix an cell tech…hope 2morrow ill b jacked an ready 2 move some iron…im only tellin u guys this b cuz….doing back an legs, u need that xtra push…when ur fuel goes down, so will u…..
ur mind goes u get bitchy an wanna quit….remember , where the mind ges, the body will follow.
now b4 work ill slam down some chocolate milk an mayb some cocktail food…..have dinner  come home an down another cell tech…an have a bed fight with the bed,  an as always, the bed wins lol
sun. morning…the leg day, 7 eggwhites, and 2 whole eggs with hotsauce and milk…hour later handfull of nitrix and cell techdont ever 4 get im downing water from sat 2 sunday….im gonna b ready! kat r u?
u kno u have 2 bring it 2 get it!
(between u and me….shes ready, just does’nt know it)

the qauntlet comes 2 queens….powerhouse gym n corona….
Kat an i r gonna do legs…we both need 2 bring them up….
I figure 2 do so….leg ext. up the azz, …hope she gon b down with that  lol
1. leg ext. many sets 2 bring out the cuts from the lower leg 2 the upper…I’m used 2 this…Kat? we’ll c lol
2. adductor abbductor 4 the inner thights  2 bring out the depth , and the appearnce of wider legs
and the outter an upper quad area joing the hip and the but area tie inn, there is a certain way 2 doing this.
3. leg press 2  fill in the empty areas of the leg we havent hit yet….lower quads, where the tear drops come in….and outter quads. (feet n the middle and using maxium lbs.)
4. if they have a hack squat….same thing, but supersetted with the leg press.
5. lying an seated leg curls 4 hams and glute ares.
6. last but not least….walkin lunges….did i just hear somebody scream?
lol

an depending on tyme an how she fares…some ab work…..an mayb 1 or 2 sets of arms….u know 2 take away the pain of the legs!
hopefully we can do this within 1 1/2hrs….if it looks like were running out of tyme….
we run the gauntlet baby!
