legs! yes o yes!
felt strong, my head was in the right place, 4 a change…
i did 4 sets of leg ext. maxing out at 220lbs 4 8 reps…went straight 2 squats…."i was asked if i did them" yea bro i do..lol
4 sets of squats with 275lbs…10 reps each…
hack squats….
270lbs 4 4 reps…thought i was gonna puke….lol
and finished off with sissy squats…not 4 the faint at heart
thats it kiddies…gotta go lay down….
