150lbs over the head 2 sets 6 reps
hammer strength shoulder 270lbs 3 set an final set 5 reps
tricep pushdowns, 3 final set 110lbs 12reps, last 2 were forced
cable cross over, 1 set 60lbs 50 reps…burns like a mother!
straight bar curls 4 biceps 75lbs 3rd final set 7reps
225lbs 4 buckets squats 4reps
im doing this type of workout 2 bring back the look i had about a month ago,
this tyme im doing this different from what i was doing b4
more rest vs less
more strength moves vs reps
