first off, let me give it 2 muscle tech! they came thru with nano vapor!
i felt like a super hero once again!
now 2 the nature at hand….
as some of u kno, or if u read the last blog….new workout, new me
this workout will consist of one set mayb 2,…depending how super i feel!
i started with
dumbell high ncline presses—75lbs warmup….20reps felt like an animal
1 set, 105lbs 4 15 reps…added n a few flyz 4 good measure, had some cats watching, showing off lol
machine curls…first set…100lbs, 12 reps….then went right n2….rope pushdowns with 50lbs
25 reps
then back 2 bis, 125lbs close grip curls 12 hard reps, then back 2 rope push downs 50lbs 30 reps
now im jacked an feelin the burn, shortness of breath makes its way thru my chest and throat…the blood is rushing thru my veins…my skin feels like its gon burst..
but i keep going
nxt on the death wish workout,….
arnold presses with 50lbs 4 12reps…..thenone set of cables 50lbs 4 30 reps
can u say water! my skin is burning!
back 2 the arnold 4 another set then triceps seated pushdowns….60lbs 4 20 reps….one set of pull ups…prision style….10 reps, arms feel like they r on fire…
now im feelin like who wants a piece? i c the veins, im amazed that they r showing……the pump made feel like im back baby!
one month of rest, a few workouts 2 keep the muscles feeling like they r still wanted here an there, but a serious rest is what i neeeded…..
one last set of chest an im feelin like powerman….
130lbs 5 reps…this was an ez task 3 months ago…this time it hurt, the squeezing showed on my face,…damn! i feel wasted an feel good, im still here….im back baby!
