starting anew….
Tuesday, March 27th, 2007ok, so 2day was a good day…..did some arms and shoulders
reverse triceps, and overhand pushdowns
then dumbell curls…..
i pushed some good weight, but not 100% don wanna freak out an pass out
lol
then side lateral with 10lbs…these were done differently then i would do
out stretched an all the way up….
man! that almost killed me….lol 30 reps an i was thru.
20 min workout
tris r killin me…shoulders r 2….
back 2morrow
i shudder 2 think how i will feel…..no im always hungry
now i kno i must b getting better, every half hr i eat something….not 2 much, bit something
