Tuesday, October 24th, 20062day i did leggs
dumbbell squats…70lbs as a warmup…then right n2 85 lbs….so u know, every set is 10 reps dawg!
105lbs 4 reps…i c stars….then n2 dumbell on n shoulder press position….with 5olbs….10 reps….the balance is way off when ur legs r goin numb….then lounges with 50lbs alternating 10 reps each leg, an off 2 standing leg curls…
60lbs i think, 4 sets of 10…….then u do the math…posing was next.
thinking i may b n the 220lbs or so….
2morrow….arms and calves
