I am new around here.I have been looking around and left few posts. I just need a bit of help.The thing is that i have been hitting the gym for nearly 4 years and i don’t know what is going on but i kinda get thinner instead of building up any muscle, what is going on? the work out i do is : 30/40 minutes cardio ( crosstrainer and bicycle) normally i do 20 minutes bicycle and then machines, leg press, leg extension, leg curl; then a bit of arms, squats, lunges and abs and i do 3 reps of 8.After that i do 20 or just 10 minutes of crosstrainer, i normally go to the gym 3/4 times a week. what do you think guys?
