I have been lifting for years and always enjoyed it, lifting became so much a routine although it felt good…..That feeling, That wonderful feeling that makes you want to keep going (not motivation) That feeling that makes you just want to growl/groan/scream (whatever you are into), that feeling of exhilaration, that feeling of relief, although sore still energetic, That orgasmic feeling ooooooooooooohhh …has eluded me for a little while, that is until tonight, It came back and i am loving it…I feel great, look great, sunday come quickly so i can share and show off the fruits of my labor………..but right now i need to get in the shower….1

Went to the gym this morning and requested a body fat index, they break out the callipers….and measure away. I am expecting the normal 7- 11% but he says 5.2% and with a lil extra 5.5%… i was trying to hide the grin i had building up. Needless to say i am happy with it 4 days before my competition all i have to master now is the art of posing.
