My knee hurts a lot and I need to know the best supplement for joint pain.

glucosamine chrondroitin and multivitamins. Glucosamine has never been an anti-inflamatory; but, after 3-4 weeks of use, you notice much more strength and flexibility in your joints. Check with a doctor, though, to be sure that your knee pain is not indicative of bigger problems with the cruciate ligament complex or the iliotibial tendon.

I have heard about glucosamine and also about liquid colagen.

Def check out some omega 3’s they will help you a great deal. Pay attention to the pain, if it goes away fast it could just be tendonitis. If it lingers go to a doctor. I also use a product called Flexcin that I get via http://www.zerojointpain.com

    Good luck!
