Stomach question..
I have never been able to get the deep vertical line down the center of my abs. Even when I was super lean at 4% body fat I didn’t have it. I was just wondering if there are any specific exercises to get it? I have no problem getting the horizontal lines or obliques it’s just that dang center line.

One thing that I think helps with that is inner ab control. Work on your vaccuum and you’ll be more able to pull that part of your stomach in. I don’t have a super deep seperation just flexing, but if I think about pulling in there it makes a difference.

And remember that we aren’t all created in the same way, so you may have to be satisfied with less of a definition in that way.
