New idea for a better back workout
Sunday, November 30th, 2008We all know the back rows that everyone does sitting straight up…. well for the past few months I have been switching it up and it seems to be working very nicely. Here’s what i do…. I do sets of 15 and for the first 5 i lean forward all the way, then for the second five I sit straight up and then for the last fine I lean back making greater than a 45 degree angle. Try this for a while and I think you will see that it hits all parts of the back more than just doing sets sitting straight up.
