superset1 (diamond pushups x20/ dmbell curl(25p)x20)2x
superset2 (dips x10/hammer curl (35p)x12)2x
superset3 (overhead tricep ext 1(60p)dbx20/ barbell curl 21s(50p)
superset4 repeat superset 1
superset5 repeat superset 2
superset6 repeat superset 3
all supersets are done with no more than 30s of rest between each superset. this is to force as much blood into the bice/tri as i can . to make them grow. and to shed fat.
after doing this workout i couldn’t bend my arms. what do you think, was it to much or not enough?
