Yesterday was a good day
I ate
4eggs and 2 smoke sausage
Bcaas & fatburner
30m weights/ 20m hiit
Protein shake 70g & half apple
Chicken( legquarter & leg)& greens
Protein shake 70g
2smoke sausage
Chicken & greens
I’m finding that when you focus on protein and fat that it is hard to
Eat enough compaired to low fat high carb where you never seem to get enough. Also it took me awhile to catch my breath after my workout
