1.   4 eggs & 2 sausage
2 protein shake 25/whey25/cas/10/soy
3. Chicken(legquarter &leg
    Greens
4 protein shake
5.chicken & greens
6. Protein shake

I know that it will be easy the first day, but I’m looking foward to the weightloose
