Yesterday was a good day
I ate
4eggs and 2 smoke sausage
Bcaas & fatburner
30m weights/ 20m hiit
Protein  shake 70g & half apple
Chicken( legquarter & leg)& greens
Protein shake 70g
2smoke sausage
Chicken & greens

I’m finding that when you focus on protein and fat that it is hard to
Eat enough compaired to low fat high carb where you never seem to get enough. Also it took me awhile to catch my breath after my workout

If there are any tips outthere I welcome one

Start my keto eating plan

To day is Sunday June 7, 2009, and I have finally made up my mind to get my body and health back. Today I weigh 360.8 pounds and I need to weigh 225. My goal us to lose 15-20 pounds a month. I know that at first the fat will come off faster at first but slower the closer I get to my goal. I will use this blog as my food and exercise log book. I work at night so I will post my day on the morning of the next. I welcome any advise or comments.
