???BCAA???

does taking by bcaa’s  with my fat burner  before i do my  cardio first thing in the morning  increase fat burned or decrease it?

Boy do i need it. will be staying  at mystic-dunes-resort and was wondering if anyone knew of things a family of 5 could do that week that won’t break the bank.

oatmeal tast like grits

yes, I’m from the south and I love grits. I found that if you cook oatmeal like you cook grits( little butter,salt and pepper) and cook some eggs and add a slice of low fat cheese, it taste like the same morning meal  that i grew up with. also found that eggs and oatmeal help you burn fat.
