creatine

I added creatine  back into my workouts and my muscles feel fuller,my wast is still the same size so i guess the cardio and diet is working eventhough my weight went back up. is there any kind of creatine that doen’t make you so bloated?

never trust the scale

for the last 3 weeks i have been eating right ,working out, and looking at my scale. i have been trying to lose weight but according to my scale, i have been adding two or three pound s a week. I thought that i was adding mass.yesturday at walmart i saw a new scale that was marked down to 10 from 45. I bought it and weighted myself and found out that my old scale had been lying to me. i had been losing 1 or 2 pounds a week and that the old scale needed new  batteries. from now on i will just go by the tape and not the scale.
