first thanks to all that responded to my first post, now another question. I have been taking fat burners for about a year, could my system be used to them and they don’t work anymore? I read that i should stop for a while(maybe two weeks) and let my system reset. has anyone heard about this?

i need some imput, please

I have a friend that is a bodybuilder. he said that the reason i’m stuck at 341 is that i’m not eating enough. he said that i should be eating close to 4000cal aday to maintain and to lose i need to eat 6(600cal)a day. i was at 350 and thought i lost 9 pounds but he said it was only water. i’m geting use to eating 6 times a day, but to add another 250 per meal is a lot of food any sugestions. please help

monday’s change

after my leg workout on last week, I ‘m changing it to monday. sunday is carb loadup day and i figure that since leg day is the hardest workout day then it will be a better workout when my body has the most fuel in it. I’m also changing my other workout orders to tue(chest)wed(back)thur(arms,shoulder)fri(wh
olebody).friday is done with bands and bodyweight. sat,sun is cardio only. will do cardio everyday but legday.plus I do abs everyday. the scale went down some, but I had to put another hole in my belt  that can only be a good thing.

I think I have a new saying

I’m getting ready to work legs today, and I was thinking about the cake I will have on sunday, and I came up with it.     "" I want to be cut like a cake with no frosting"". I havn’t heard it or seen it before, if it’s not the first time it should be.
