I’m liking the HIT approach to trainning. Doing supersets, dropsets I get the most amazing pump.I used to wait for two minutes between sets, but now in those two minutes i will have done two supersets, and not having to do an hour of cardio after is great too. I only do 30 minutes of cardio after now to get that last bit of glucos out. I’m going to enter my workout today after i catch my breath.

I’m doing so much better this time when it comes to losing weight that i’m thinking about being a fitness trainner. I googled cert. and it came back with a lot of them. which one would be the best for a small town. we have a gym(I call weight room because no one helps you or tells you what to do to reach your goal), and a walmart. no one is a fitness trainner. help me out.

today was arm day. I worked out for 45m then did 30 m of cardio.after i took supplements and 60g protein shake with creat, glut, and a bit size sniker.I needed the sugar to force the sup,prot,creat,and glut into my arms. by the way i couldnt lift them so i guess that was a good workout. i won’t hit my arms directly untill next monday, but they will indirectly get worked out with my chest and back workouts. still losing weight

I started running in place for cardio today. I went to this free playlist site and got some mp3s. the one i used today was for runners, so the pace was slow then incressed to the fasted at 15m then it slowed back down to a cool down. and the best part was it was free. 30m of a free a cardio workout. no jym.then drank a protien shake….. now i have to shower

today i at 343lb. I wanted to be at 321 by nov1 but to get there i will have to lose weight too fast. I want to reach 250 but not to fast. I got sick with a cold or short flue.the old saying of feed a flue starve a cold or the other way around didn’t help because i didn’t know which one i had so i ate to be safe.
I’m doing bodyweight programs. squats, pushups,situps, and runing in place.I do them all the start over with little to no rest inbetween.

today I weighted myself and saw a number instead of a letter(e). I lost water weight. I guess 3 pounds. might be the meltdown(i have been running to the restroom) or it might be the diet. anyway today is cardio. 1m jumping rope. 1 minute jogging in place. I’ll try to do 15 of each…. anyone have any feedback on what I’m doing. if so please tell me.
