I woke up with a pain in my head. Maybe it was that plate of pasta with meatballs and tomato sause, or could it be he the weight that i’m carring around. I weighted myself today and the scale said E . I ate peanutbutter on two slices of wheatbread. I felt better about 30m later. this is my first post,and already i’m likeing it. I want to fall back to 200p i’m guessing that i have to lose 150p to get there. (remember the E) I plan to do bodyweight exercies to get there since i have so much. pushups, squats, lunges,jumpingjacks.etc. I also have an eliptical machine i got for a great price at walmart($388 for $150).I have a jumprope, and weights. with what i have said if anyone reads this could someone give me some advice.
