this meltdown is great

I have been using meltdown for two days now and have lost a lot of water, and some pounds. tonight i go to work, will see what kind of energy it gives me. I work 12 hours at walmart. two days on, two days off, two days on, then one day off. will post to let you all know who i worked tonight

how I feel

today is the second day on my eating plan.(low to no carbs) and I feel ok. I didn’t wake up with a pain in the head. I also started taking meltdown. don’t know if its the meltdown or diet, but I went to the restroom about 5 times yesterday. my scale still reads E, but waiting on it to have a number instead of an letter. today I start my work out. I will do lowerbody on tues, upper on thur. and whole body on sat. I don’t want to get bigger, just stronger. I have a new camera so i will see how my pics look and post today.

9/24/08

I went to work last night , came back after watching so many people take things that were not theirs. you would be supprised at how many people make a living steeling from walmart. but enought  of that. today after i came back i read up on  ketogenic diets and I leaning towards that eating plan. I was going to use the compound exer. plan for mon, wed, fri, and found that it was the right plan to be on for the eating plan. so monday  will start  this. I work at night so I will  work out after i wake up.

today is 9/22/08

I woke up with a pain in my head. Maybe it was that plate of pasta with meatballs and tomato sause, or could it be he the weight that i’m carring around. I weighted myself today and the scale said E . I ate peanutbutter on two slices of wheatbread. I felt better about 30m later. this is my first post,and already i’m likeing it. I want to fall back to 200p i’m guessing that i have to lose 150p to get there. (remember the E) I plan to do bodyweight exercies to get there since i have so much. pushups, squats, lunges,jumpingjacks.etc. I also have an eliptical machine i got for a great price at walmart($388 for $150).I have a jumprope, and weights. with what i have said if anyone reads this could someone give me some  advice.
