Monday @ the gym & Please Re-Rack!

Soo I’ve been thinking… Every Monday night when I go to the gym it is packed! I mean at least double the people that are there every other night. Trying to figure it out it’s almost like when you go to church on Easter or Christmas everybody who isn’t there all year long is there that day. Do they think one day in the gym is going to make up for all the bad eating they did?
Oh and my gym needs to start charging people a fine for not racking their weights how annoying. Everyday I have to take 45lbs weights off of the leg press, bench press, etc. Don’t get me wrong I am in there to train hard it would just be nice if people would respect others and re-rack their weights and wipe the sweat off the bench!

Ok sorry for that lil rant, I’m a lil cranky today!

Haha , nothing wrong with being cranky , besides I completely agree , even I cant stand having to unload and reload a machine with pointless weights; that shouldnt be there in the first place. I feel like im getting a workout just reracking the F’n things!

Keep up the good work , ya look great!

A few days ago a really short, really built guy did shrugs with two 120lb dumbbells, the heaviest in the gym. When he was done he left them on the bench that he was standing next to. Thanks, jerk!

I’ve had the worst luck in gyms. I set up my barn to be a pretty cool all around gym/hangout. I filled the loft with free weights/yoga studio. I hae a couple of heavy bags hanging along with everything I need for a good bodyweight workout. you do look great and hope you keep it up

Hah, you may as well leave the please out of your title. That shit annoys the hell out of me so bad that if I see someone leaving weights I’ll point and tell them they forgot something

were the same thats why i only use my home gym when i cant go out due to a storm etc. cos all my friends who use it dont know how to respect my things… and to talk about my M&F collection hoooooooooweeee!!!!!!!!! you see ripped pages and stuff… so right now its locked but at least the outside gym is good for my workout needs…….

Once I went to do curls with what I thought were 25lbs. after a first disappointing struggling set thinking I was felling pretty weak that day I came to realize they were 35lbs. and someone had messed the free weight rack up and all the weights were in the wrong spots. It’s very simple to put things back in the proper place.

Yea i know how you feel about the re-rack weights thing, im tired of having to pull someone elses stuff off, or when im laying on a bench and i just think maybe i have my face in someone elses armpits lol

i totally understand you! i work at the base fitness center and we have signs that remind ppl to re-rack their weights… but of course ppl dont even bother to!! it’s more annoying for me bc at the end of the night as we are closing the gym my coworkers and i have to re-rack all of the weights!! >_
