Yup only 14 more days until I hit that stage for the 3rd time. I will be competing in the NPC Virginia/DC State show. I honestly don’t even feel nervous anymore. I will be showing the ropes to a first time competitor in my division in the next two weeks. That’s kinda a big deal for me that she looks to me for advice and tips. Both my trainer and fellow battle buddies will be competing in this show and the one on August 22 in Norfolk Virginia, the Lenda Murray Show. Honestly the only down fall of these show is not having my family there for my last shows of the year, but I know if they could be there they would. I know I will my in their thoughts and prayers as I train these next two weeks knowing in just a few weeks I will find out whether or not the fear of Lupis is more than a fear. I feel great in my life right now. Healthier and more fit than ever and it is only getting better honestly. I have begun training with several trainers Amy, Brian, Elijah, Taryn, Andre, Tyler, Dan and many friends and family. I might have had not the best of luck in the past year for having strived for this goal has made it all seem so minimal. I am fighting to compete and do this not only for me but ever more teaching my children a good lesson at an early age. For this I will close tonight. The next two weeks I will push myself harder than before, diet harder, increase the reps and weights, push with the Cardio plan I have been given and stay focused. I want 1st place!

Yup. Until I’m on the stage rocking out my 3rd show! How did the goal of only doing one turned into an awesome sport! I am only doing two more this year then its time for a break until next season. I am finally getting results so I am not having to overhual as much which is nice. But right now it’s focus time and cardio! Hope to see you all August 1!

After a Major Set Back and making it a minor obstacle I am proud to say I am still going to compete this Saturday in the NPC Gran Prix. I have to consider this a lesson learned and just Rock the Stage. I haven’t worked this hard to allow someone else’s bad judgement stop me from getting what I want. I must remember I will be back on a stage in August and must push just as hard as I did my last two shows. For come August I will refuse to be at noting less than I want to be at then. This time in 3 days I will be preparing for Finals on the BIG stage! WOOHOO!

Energy is back, dropped a couple of pounds and amped more than ever! I think Cardio and I have come to an agreement and see eye to eye. IT DOESN’T LIKE ME, AND I DON’T LIKE IT, BUT TOGETHER WE CAN WIN FIRST PRIZE!

The past weeks have been rough with next to no Carbs. Well I added a little B-12 Now Spray once a day and now feel fully energized. I also put about 2-3 oz of Sweet Potato or Brown Rice in my 3rd of 5 meals a day which has also boosted me. Now it’s time to get that Cardio up, tone and lean as much as I can in the next 19 days!
Any ideas on changing up the cardio some so I keep motivated over the next three weeks?

Not much soreness anymore. Love the training and well the tough love it is the best. And when you have someone who is a great motivator it definitely makes you want to work harder. The ending results will def pay off.
