6:00 AM- Leg day: leg extensions 6 sets; Barbell squats 4 sets; Leg press 3 sets; stiff leg deadlifts 3 sets; dumbbell lunges 4 sets

45 min cardio on bike

 

7:00 PM- Abs: Leg lifts from pull-up bar 4 sets; cable crunches 4 sets; leg lifts 4 sets; decline crunches 3 sets; side oblique crunch w/dumbell 2 sets; cable oblique crunch 2 sets

 Cardio: 45 min on elliptical
