Wednesday, July 30th, 2008Up at 0430….drove for 30 minutes to the new job (95 south stays busy)…power nap for 30 minutes…and then hit the gym…goodtimes. Here is the workout summary:
Suicides the length of the court 4 times, and then moved into ab routine which was done with no rest between the exercises. After the ab routine was the total body workout done with only 30 seconds of rest between sets.
Unassisted situps 30 reps
Toe Taps 30 reps
Crunches 30 reps
Leg Raises 30 reps
Toe Touches 30 reps
Leg Extensions:(each leg) 90×12/ 110×12/ 120×12
One Arm cable Rows: 90×12/100×12/110×12
Shrugs: 180×12/270×12/315×12
Squats: 155×12/225×12/275×12
Military Press: 125×12/135×12/135×12
Bench Press: 155×12/185×12/225×12
21s: empty striaght bar/ 30lbs/45lbs
Stiff Legged Deadlifts: 135×12/135×12/185×12
Press and reach 55lbs/65lbs/75lbs
All in all a decent workout…still feeling the deadlifts… tomorrow is a run day (yeah!!
