Personal Best…

Today was a banner day…despite running out of No-Xplode today…it was a good day; I have designated friday as heavy day…that means max weight per exercise 5 reps per. I didn’t do a whole lot, but i was spent after it all. Here is the breakdown.

Dumbbell press and reach> 100×7/105×8

Squats> 315×5/365×5

Bench press> 235×5/260×5

Iso shoulder press> 225×5

What is it with people and their public display of ignorance?  I just don’t get it!! If you don’t understand what is going on around you…hey ask a freaking question!!  Ok for the record I hit the gym at 5am reason being most people are not up at that time; I am hitting weights and can help but over hear a conversation going on about me… WTF…this guy is going on about how “roided “up I look…WTF? my  first response to his comments would have been  to bash his face in with a 90lb dumbbell and call it a day,  but that would feed into the “roid rage” debate (not going there) I didn’t respond to his comments…I just kept pushing the iron, but he kept up with the yap,yap,yap…roids this roids that..i would never get that big…blah…blah…blah. I turned to him and said “I you don’t want to get big…wtf are you lifting for? To get “toned?”… Silence nothing he stands there with his pie hole gapping open. I really wanted tear him a new, but it wasn’t worth it. Look people don’t let nobody  tell you that the work you put in at the gym is a waste of time or money…if straining under a lot weight gets your blood pumping then do it. For whatever reason HATERS are going to hate…you don’t have to explain shat to them …just let em hate. If you a girl with muscle…trust me you sexy…if you a guy and you jacked…keep lifting heavy…if you a HATER… go ahead and hate cause I am gonna  keep lifting …b@&ch!

Lower Body

Another early morning, with alot of weights; a buddy of mine offered up Halodrol to try, i think i’ll try on my next liftday. Should be interesting. Here is today’s breakdown:

Iso Hamstring Curl> 25×12/35×12/45×12

Calf Raise> 70×12/105×12/140×12

Squats> 225×12/275×12/315×12

Dumbbell Lunge> 45×12/55×12/60×12

Romainan Dead lift> 225×12/295×12/315×12

Leg Extension> 180×12/250×12/290×12

Hip Raise> 3 sets/20 reps

Wide Leg Floor Crunch> 3 sets/20 reps

Floor Knee Ups> 3 sets/20 reps

Standing Cable ObliqueCrunches> 60×15/75×15/80×15

Today I put up some decent numbers…well until next time Keep lifting:)
