Personal Best…
Friday, March 7th, 2008Today was a banner day…despite running out of No-Xplode today…it was a good day; I have designated friday as heavy day…that means max weight per exercise 5 reps per. I didn’t do a whole lot, but i was spent after it all. Here is the breakdown.
Dumbbell press and reach> 100×7/105×8
Squats> 315×5/365×5
Bench press> 235×5/260×5
Iso shoulder press> 225×5
