One workout down…
Tuesday, January 1st, 2008Got to the gym and finally got my workout in. Nothing fancy just hit chest and arms…to be honest it felt like I was starting over. Not feeling sore right now but i’ll give it sometime to kick in. Here is the breakdown. DB Flat bench press: 45×12/55×12/65×12
Incline DB press: 45×12/55×12/65×12 Decline DB press: 45×12/55×12/65×12
Close grip bench: 115×10/105×10/105×10 Skull crushers: 50×12/60×12/70×12
Triceps pushdown: 35×20/42.5×20/50×12 Like I said…nothing fancy; Wednesday is a run day…4 miles nothing less.
