Glad to hear you are back on track man! It is hard to hear crap from your friends, but in the end, if they are real friends they'll understand. seriously who cares what hobbies your friends have anyway, i could careless if one of my friends had some wierd hobby (not that bodybuilding is wierd) but you know.

well man glad things are going in a better direction for you!

I just got back in the gym after hernia surgery. I had it twice this summer, so i hope to really make up for lost time over the coming year, who knows maybe i'll see you on stage next year!

keep training!

I think so. Coleman is massive, but massive isn't always the case. Like with everything else in the world, it has to be well-rounded. I think Cutler has that.

Not many agree that it was a win, some think it was the IFBB bowing to pressure, or wanting to get the fans comming back.

Not to sure myself.

Being a qualified judge and statistician, we all have orders to look for the more natural physique. Is there a shift?

Sorry to hear about that wrist. The doc told me that I had to cut down the weight by at least 50% and nothing that involves my back. I might also be doing some light cardio as well (on a bicycle or somethin). I'll be out for a foor 1-2 weeks. Hopefully we'll both get better soon.
