Try Gymenma and Coleus too as well as the Black Pepper and green tea if you are looking to lose more weight while you lift and do cardio/fat burning.

Crumpets are quite nice. They are low in fat (about 1%) and you could have some low fat spread and a bit of peanut butter on them, which I know is quite fatty but full of protein. Crumpets are a bit carby though.

I normally drink green tea which is an acquired taste but is good as a detox but also for fat burning too.

I'm sure you could enjoy a protein bar with your tea or even a flapjack. Try Lancashire Tea or Yorkshire Tea which is really nice. You probably can't buy it in the States though.

Enjoy your cuppa!

Great Blog.. Good luck with that.. I've considered the bike but haven't ridden since a kid. And work is 40 min by car.. can't imagine triple the time. that would cut into workout time for me and I don't want to be a straight cardio girl. Besides riding home in the dark at midnight and right back in at six am would never be any fun. But glad you have that option.. enjoy I've heard cycling is GREAT!!

Everything I've ever heard or read states that 8-10 hours is the magic number for optimum health. At that amount of time, your muscle recovery is greater, your alert<!-- -->ness at it's peak, and your metabolism humming. That being said, I can't go to bed that early! I'm in the 6 1/2 -7 hour range most nights sometimes 5. As long as your results keep coming, I wouldn't worry.
