					<description>Crumpets are quite nice. They are low in fat (about 1%) and you could have some low fat spread and a bit of peanut butter on them, which I know is quite fatty but full of protein. Crumpets are a bit carby though.

I normally drink green tea which is an acquired taste but is good as a detox but also for fat burning too.

I'm sure you could enjoy a protein bar with your tea or even a flapjack. Try Lancashire Tea or Yorkshire Tea which is really nice. You probably can't buy it in the States though.
