No leg pain

I was wondering if the lack of pain is from the leg muscles basically becoming adapted to being used. Does anyone have any thoughts? I probably need to increase the weight I lifted but was wondering how sore are you after your leg day? Does one have to get ill in order to maintain decent legs?

Many things to consider, how long are you using the same programme, need to change often enough to keep shocking the body. Are you using the same weights or trying increase, you should try to increase if a six pack is your goal. I never do the same exercise every week, always changing to stimulate the muscles, if you work legs hard enough there will always be pain the next day, push the boundries to see results - goodluck.
