On Track.. Operation Bikini Body
Tuesday, January 6th, 2009Well after being a slacker thru the holidays.. I am back in full effect, I see differences in my body… belly looks rounder and weight up a few pounds but oh well I might of needed it… no time for looking back.
I have already gotten in 7 miles in this week.. so I am proud of that. My goal is to focus more on cardio.. I will be doing my weights 3 times a week but cardio is what helps me burn fat! I think if I take a prog pic on the 15th of every month will keep me motivated too!
Also before the summer I plan on going back to bootcamp, that should jumpstart operation bikini body too!
My Next month typical workout
Monday 5 miles
Tues: legs, then stairclimber for 20 min
Wed: bootcamp
Thurs: back/biceps then 2 mile HIT on treadmill
Friday: triceps/chest then 2 mile HIT on treadmill
Sat: 5 mile run
Sunday: rest
