Day 3.. Motivation
Well I am finally motivated again.. thanks to Waynesworld and the two chicas locas that I talk to everyday(Jaded611 and Thisisme)!!!! Last night I did a killer leg workout.. I am really starting to love(sike) walking lunges and step ups.. but they really do a body good. Tonight is spin class with Godiva at 24hr fit.. I got to get a few more with her before my membership ends!!
Meal 1: Meal replacement shake
Meal 2: oatmeal
Meal 3: baked chicken with salad(lettuce,tomatoes,avocado,red onion) with low fat paul newman’s honey mustard.. they best ever!! Also a baked sweet potato
Meal 4: protein bar and apple
Meal 5: protein shake
Meal 6: small serving of ground beef and some time of veggie..not sure yet probably okra.. back to craving that everyday!!!

Try reverse lunges. They are awesome!
