Day 2 ‘’The Challenge”
So I am at day 2 and it was a challenge but I deflected the lickees and chewies like a superhero! We had a morning/afternoon meeting and of course they feed us because we had to eat thru the meeting… so they had hamburgers, wraps,chips and all the cookies to feed a third world country! I ended up eating a wrap one half grilled chicken one half turkey,ham and instead of getting tempted by cookies I went to get my zone protein bar just in case!!!
Meal 1: protein shake
Meal 2: apple
Meal 3: wrap
Meal 4: protein bar
Meal 5:protein shake
Meal 6: baked chicken and okra
Tonight is legs with a tread20 workout called the challenger…hehehehe just realized that is the similar to my blog title
