DAY 1.. Refocus
Today is Day 1 of my new plan of action to get ready for the summer/life.. thanks to Waynesworld for making me step my game up!!! I am going to commit myself daily to eating clean and working out!

Protein shake
oatmeal
grilled chicken salad all veggies no cheese and lowfat dressing
apple and protein bar
protein shake
baked chicken and veggies
1 gallon of water today!!
