Hey bb.com peeps.. I have been missing in action for a few weeks.. work is tough and I have been traveling a lot! I am still on my plan to look great by the summer.. I have made major changes but I am still behind plan.. I need a extra kick… any suggestions? My weight is still the lowest it has been in 2 years and my clothes are falling off me so I am pleased with that.. I just feel like I should be way smaller..
Right now I am concentrating on doing interval training on the treadmill and getting in 2 leg workouts a week(my super problem area) then upper body 2 times a week.. one day of long cardio on mondays…

sounds like you are heading in the right direction, I’d say just keep doing it, and your results will come…I’m with you on the impatience for progress!

This sounds good. Make sure that your nutrition and weigh lifting is on point though. You can do it. Are you still doing boot camp? Let me know if I can help. Be encouraged!

Thanks guys.. Nope I am not doing bootcamp.. gotta save money
! I am doing way more weight than ever.. I never lifted weights before so that I my biggest change and interval cardio.. I do want to go back to bootcamp before my Jamaica trip!!

Looks like you are doing just fine. Remember, its not so much you that needs to catch up as it is your body that needs to. Sometimes you have to drag it kicking and screaming into the next plataeu
