200lbs!!!!
I did not want to write a blog until this happened!!!I feel really good about my workout program…. I have cut back on doing too much cardio and my weight program is getting more structured! I have also noticed changes in my body and I am getting compliments daily which is really encourging me to keep working harder and motivating everyone around me that has the same goals!

you can never do too much cardio.
congrats on the weight loss.
keep it up.
cardio burns them calories that get the fat gone.
weights just tone the muscle.
keep it stay focused.
