Sunday, March 29th, 2009200lbs!!!!
I did not want to write a blog until this happened!!!I feel really good about my workout program…. I have cut back on doing too much cardio and my weight program is getting more structured! I have also noticed changes in my body and I am getting compliments daily which is really encourging me to keep working harder and motivating everyone around me that has the same goals!
