This new challenge will be called 28 Days of Eating Clean and for those that did the abs challenge.. this will be a bit stricter.
Our goal is not to have a cheat day..meal.. or even snack.. once you do either you start the 28 days over on your own or just drop out the challenge.. yes this is harsh but abusing our bodies is too
By now I hope yall know what eating clean means
.. if not go to the article section of bodybuilding.com and search clean eating.
The only flexible part of this challenge is to decide what day you will start either Feb 1 to Feb 28 or Feb 2 to March 1.. the reason for this is superbowl is Feb 1!!
Now to the exercise part… I want to keep the spirit of the "Abs Challenge" and do 3 times a week cardio and 3 times a week weights. The cardio should be 30 min or more and the amount of days is up to you but you have to get in the workouts.
So who wants to join me… don’t be scurred
P.S Yes I know Valentine’s day falls in this time frame.. you can still have a nice clean dinner just no alcohol and save those chocolates for March 1 or 2

I am gonna need a few days to make my decision on this one.
You know how I feel about my cheat meals!!!! That and my 36th birthday is this weekend so I am not even gonna front like I intend to be on any type of diet that day.
Let me do some soul searching and see if this is something I actually want to do right now. I can however be a cheer leader for those participating even if I don’t choose to. I can do the high kicks and everything!

I’m down with that. Falls in line with my Ass and Abs quest for June 2009. I’m already started, but as I say, It never hurts to overdetermine your success.

You Know Atrey as much as I would love to do this I am going to be on a forced no cheat meals diet in another 6 weeks as part of my contest prep and I think I would just go crazy coming up on the show if I have already been restricting myself that long. Too bad this isn’t starting in March. I will check in on you all just shoot me the link to the thread when you get it made.

AH! I want to do this really bad, but my birthday is on the 4th and I was going to have my first cheat since the new year then!
( (And I mean that literally, I haven’t had a cheat meal or snack since the 1st.) Blah. I guess I need to decide which is more important. Maybe I’ll have my cheat meal on the 30th…

wow… i love your dedication. But NO cheat?? I can’t do that at the moment. I am on a pretty clean diet at the right now and really look forward to those "cheats". I am really trying to get the last 30 lbs off. I’m here to cheer you on. Love ya girl and go get ‘em!

ok… i have read your blog again and again about the 28 day challenge…. and today is my day one. I am a bit nervous, but I know that this will only make me better. Thanks for the challenge. You are such a leader. Keep it up.
